What is Bonnie Craft's customization process?

Bonnie Craft's paper bag customization process is standardized and transparent, taking into account OEM/ODM requirements. It is divided into 6 core steps:

1. Demand communication and scheme confirmation

Customer provides requirements: specify the material (white card paper / leather paper / special paper, etc.), usage (gift / food / shopping), size, process (gold stamping / UV / coating), quantity, delivery date, and whether a foldable design is needed (to save logistics costs).

We provide a scheme: recommend material combinations and process combinations based on the requirements, give a preliminary quote and sample reference, and confirm whether an exclusive design (such as brand LOGO, IP pattern customization) is needed.

Confirm details: both parties finalize all parameters, sign a customization contract, and clearly define payment methods, delivery date, and acceptance standards.

2. Design prototyping and confirmation

Design draft production: provide design files (AI/CDR format preferred), or entrust our design team to create an exclusive pattern.

Prototype production: produce 1-3 physical samples based on the final design draft, with a production cycle of 3-5 working days.

Sample confirmation: the customer checks the material, size, printing effect, and process details of the samples, and confirms that there are no errors before starting mass production.

3. Raw material procurement and material preparation

Environmentally friendly selection: purchase paper, handle strings (cotton rope / silk ribbon / paper rope), glue, etc. in accordance with international environmental protection standards.

Material inspection: conduct random inspections of all raw materials before storage to ensure that the paper weight, toughness meet the standards, have no odor, and no flaws, ensuring the stability of mass production.

4. Mass production and process processing

Printing process: use offset printing or digital printing techniques to accurately reproduce the design colors, ensuring that the patterns are without deviation and no blurriness.

Process processing: carry out value-added processes such as gold stamping / gold silver stamping, UV relief, coating, embossing, etc. according to the order requirements, and have dedicated personnel control the quality of each process.

5. Packaging inspection and warehousing

Finished product inspection: after all paper bags are produced, conduct 100% full inspection, remove defective substandard products.

Damp-proof packaging: use waterproof film + corrugated cardboard packaging. For foldable models, they will be folded and compressed for packaging to increase the packing rate and reduce logistics costs; the box will be marked with product information, quantity, and shipping mark to facilitate foreign trade customs clearance.

Warehousing management: the finished products are stored, managed by dedicated personnel, and the inventory status is synchronized in real time to ensure timely delivery.

6. Logistics distribution and after-sales follow-up

Logistics arrangement: select shipping / air freight / express based on customer requirements, provide a full logistics tracking number to ensure the safe and timely delivery to the designated port or address.

After-sales guarantee: within 7 working days after the goods are signed for, the customer service follows up on the acceptance situation; if there are non-human damage quality issues, free re-delivery or rework will be provided; provide product usage and warehousing suggestions.
